This car was ordered built in 1995 and is one of the first MKIII's built. It was spec'd with the mack daddy of engines, the 428ci Cobra Jet Engine, the 7 liter beast that was used in hot rods and performance muscle cars of the 60's and 70's. They gave over 330hp standard and almost 400lb-ft of torque. It has the 4 speed auto box which makes it easier to drive and to handle all those horses. It has the full house of all extras and is by far and away, one of the best Cobra's in SA!
There is a huge difference in the build quality of some of the locally assembled cobra's and the export quality of the Superformance Cars. These cars offer fantastic acceleration and excellent handling in a lightweight car that is an absolute blast to drive.
